ezetop’s Bangladesh Operation: Responsible for ezetop operation at Bangladesh and it’s day to day operation and liaising with related stakeholders in Govt, operator, vendor and partners. Leading different office project of different scale and priority. Supporting NOC and Accounts payable function in Bangladesh to ensure their growth.

Analytical Responsibilities: Sales channel analysis to find the source of deviation as well as the reason for deviation by analyzing the production environmental variants. Also analyzing incident patterns for finding out the systematic issues with the partner's platform and escalating those for ensuring maximum potential up time.

HQ Reporting: Provide periodical reports on NOC KPI and Operator/Distributor performance. Reporting on branch performance to senior managers. Developing and reporting on the KPI. Continuous updating of KPIs to keep the objective performance aligned with objective.

Management of NOC Team: responsible for NOC operations in Bangladesh, managing 24/7/365 shift schedule of team in Dhaka in Dublin. Supporting in their growth, evaluating their performance and aiding them to do their job in time and in right manner.

Team Training: Providing on shift training to the employees of the tools and processes to enable them to keep them updated with the work. Providing documentation for operational procedure, tools and on new process.

Performance Management: Managing NOC Team performance as well as monitoring all official’s performance and taking initiative of performance improvement

Sourcing & IT Services: Responsible for IT process and equipment of Dhaka office. Working with vendors and providers to source, replace and up keeping the equipment. Maintaining and planning office layout.
