1- Recruitment:
• Fulfill all requested Manpower requisitions create behavioural tests.
• Create behavioural tests.
• Conduct HR interviews.
• Control and analyze all recruitment activities andstatistics.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Develop monthly reports quarterly and annually.
• Update job descriptions and job specifications.
2- Induction:
• To draw up and manage an effective induction and briefing program for all new employees.
3- Training:
• Plan & organize (annual) training plan based on TNA.
• Collect and develop handouts and visual materials.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record activities.
• Develop and evaluate training effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare training report monthly, quarterly and annually.
As a trainer:
• Conduct soft skills internal training using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions or video.
4- Performance:
• Develop skill matrix sheets to track employees’ performance.
• Monitor and record performance appraisals according to balance score card and KRA system.
• Collect and discuss training need analysis.
5- Employee relations:
• Mentoring and coaching your staff.
• Regular feedback, including annual performance reviews.
• Open and honest communication regarding group and unit business issues.
6- Other:
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, application forms and training evaluation forms.
• Communicate all internal memos.
• To represent HR departments in internal and external audits.
1- preparing daily and monthly safety reports to ensure that department targets are done.
2- coordinating department tasks with safety team to ensure full understanding.

1- Responsible for auditing sales, auditing sales order prices, checking the payment, delivering orders, and checking inventory.

Working as an (assistant special assignment in customer operation) on call center:
1. Call customers to update their information.
