Position: Testing Field Supervisor
AMIDEAST/Jordan's professionalism in administering the TOEFL ITP was recognized when the Ministry of Higher Education announced that AMIDEAST is the preferred testing center for students needing to take the TOEFL ITP for graduate school Entry.

*Responsibilities and Achievements: In HR: • Recruit and Train proctors and administrators who are needed to administer the test. Make sure they are professional and representative.
• Lead the proctors and administrators to work coherently and efficiently to provide a professional and comfortable test environment as described in the supervisor manual.
• Responsible of all the administrators and the proctor's way of providing the test.
In administrative and customer care: • Responsible of all outdoor TOEFL ITP exam administrations.
• Responsible of giving the test instructions and regulation to the examinees as described in the supervisor manual.
• Doing the check in and check out.
• Reducing the examinees ability of giving or receiving any prohibited aid during the test.
• Solving any issues that might come up before, after or during the test.
• Responsible of the test materials security.
• Dealing with the issues that come up as I prefer they refer it all to me.
• Coordinate testing dates with the universities.
• Make sure the testing rooms are as described in the supervisor manual.
• Prepare all related testing paperwork such as writing the tests reports and upload all reports to the share point.
• Cooperate with ETS and provide them with all cheating incident and irregularities as soon as it happens.
• Make sure that the administrators fill all reports provide a supervisor report after each administration.
• Prepare the invoices and send them to the financial department and clients.
• Pay an extreme attention to customer satisfaction shows a clear improvement in the number of candidates for the test. Providing an appropriate test environment and good advice to the candidates.
• Encourage students before and after the test by giving them advises in a way of consulting in which they can do better at the second time they do the exam. Or sometimes advise them to improve their level by taking English language courses.
• Show a strong personality within the company by never compromising with the policy of the company and the work ethics.
