C&B Specialist
Manage the compensation and benefits programs
Analyze and monitor staff effectiveness and make recommendations of changes which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and the market.
Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on existing benefits
Interface with payroll provider and sub-contractor on key items
Ensure that the Company complies with all the state laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
Liaise with RDS to develop job descriptions and classify them to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness Perform job evaluation and propose salary ranges
Allocate jobs to appropriate salary groups
Cooperate and actively communicate with the HO Compensation & Benefits team on global compensation and benefits strategies.
Work with the team in the identification and development of compensation and benefits policies and strategies that address the needs of the organization
Coordinate the annual bonus program and salary review process
Initiate compensation and benefits market research and analyze their findings to ensure competitiveness (includes participating in various industries related surveys).
Assist with the design and development of tools to guide managers through compensation and benefit related decisions
Assist in preparation and distribution of written and verbal communication to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies
Ensure accurate accounting of employee compensations and benefits costs.
Assist with the preparation of the annual budget
Liaise with HRM in special projects when required
