COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT COMPANY FOR MAKE TAX
- Check daily stock report from store keeper
- Account reconciliation weekly.
¬- Fallow up collection (Cash & Chuequ) on the time & give Statement to customer.
-Manage Petty Cash.
- Fallow up overtime and send weekly to H.O.
- Make monthly report to ARM. (Overtime & Fuel consumption).
- Prepare Credit & Debit Note to RM for approve.
Fallow up Payment.
- Audit Bill & Distribute to Customer.
- Register Staff Attends & calculate Over time.
-Visit Customer & Fallow up requirement.
-Counter Sales.
- Make Invoice & Fallow up Payment.
