Reporting to Managing Consultant related to recruitment & consultancy services.
Responsible for telephone calls and deal with queries from the public and clients.
Provide general administrative and clerical support in the company (I.e., WPS Salary Transfer, Bank related transactions & On line Utility Bill Payments).
Prepare letters and documents.
Provide information and direct persons entering the organization and maintain the reception area.
Process sales leads given by sales through coordination with the operations.
Facilitate sales invoicing and coordination with the accounts department on payment and collections.
Coordinate with clients as per required by the sales team and managers.
Serve as coordinator for the sales team in relaying instructions and requirements to the operations team.
Contribute on purchase order and documentation.
Monitors data entry and communicate with the operations department on stock and inventory management.
Contribute on company’s record keeping and archiving.
Provide telephone customer service and guest relation management whenever required.
Implement and monitor support services (I.e., procurement of supplies and services like transport, travel, communications, filing) and provision of local utilities and other company requirements.
Participate with the management and staffs to develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
Serves as support to the accounting department on petty cash, payables and receivables of the company.
Contribute on Letter of Credit Facilitation and bank coordination.
Facilitate sales and purchase documentation (I.e., invoicing and purchase orders).
Coordination with suppliers and vendors.
Reports directly to the manager and monitor time keeping and staff performance.
Prepares requisition of outright items and assists the Assistant Branch Supervisor in monitoring consigned items.
Records, files and maintains documents related to stock’s inventory.
Responsible for item’s identification, prices and new product advisories.
Assist customers and answer client questions for sales contribution.
Responsible in cashiering in the absence of Cashier.
Officer in Charge in the absence of Immediate Superior.
Promote and endorse company’s product and/or services (AUDIOVOX - Satellite Vehicle System).
Manage and forwards complete sales documents every required office day.
Focus on product knowledge and implementation cycle.
Develop and execute territory sales plan and proactively prospect for new business.
Follow-up on leads from trade show, marketing campaigns and online inquiries through telemarketing and other sales strategy.
Checks and verifies accuracy of cashier’s entries on Tape Receipt against the product purchased by the customer.
Complies and forwards sales documents at the accounting office.
Place and seal items in the bag and attach Tape Receipt.
