• My scope of work is do detail design study for new CCR(central control room) and their related softer ware updating.
• And provide solution to their present issue. Which right know they are facing
in automation side.
• They have different DSC platform at different station. I am in a face of combining them into one platform.
• Preparation of As-Is current status report and making It -as per required proposal.
• Updating the present DCS System Architecture.
• Providing the solution related to for interconnecting the PCS domain with Business domain.
• Going for Alarm Management System (AMS) and there rationalization execution procedure.
• Ensures that the engineering solution meets project requirements, across all disciplines, in terms of functionality, PCS standard designs & design rules, quality, and supports documentation and implementation process at minimum cost by optimizing use of global productivity tools and other Standard Builds deliverables.

Presently working as instrument system engineer in HYUNDAI organization in SAUDI ABABIA for SAUDI ARAMCO KARAN GAS PLANT.
• MY scope of work is preparation of I/O data base, participated in FAT for DCS systems & IFAT for DCS with ESD systems, with VMS systems.
• Conducted SAT for DCS, ESD VMS systems with vendor and client( ARAMCO)
• Reviewing the instrument location in field using Smart Plant P&ID softer. And installing the instrument as per ARAMCO standard. Red line the HOOK-UP drawing to make it As Built Drawing
• Preparation of LOOP FOLDER using HPCM database softer. Red line the LOOP FOLDER and conducting the LOOP TEST and solving the punch related to folder.
• As per control narrative design, preparing the operation & control logic and providing the supporting documents to the DCS (YOKOGAWA) vendor. And support the vendor during the Graphic & Logic design stage.
• Configuration of FF (Foundation Field Bus) device on FCS through HIS SYSTEM by auto configuration mode.
• Reviewing the Shut down CAUSE & EFFECT matrix with the ESD Programming Logic is design with BY-PASS application (TRICONEX).
• Calibration of field instrument like LIT, FIT PIT, TIT, Valves MOV’s Shutdown valves,
Control valves, Actuators, (FISHER) and Loop check for all field related instruments.
• Conducting loop check procedure for the completed system for HART and FF devises using (EMERSON 475) communicator.
• Performing Control Valves and ESD valves operation and stroke check by PRM SOFTER.
• Support during commission the system & equipments at site with client and vendor.
I WORKED in Info systems Software And Consulting (ISAC) as SYSTEM ENGINEER
Design, develop, realize and test components, modules and subsystems within the limits of system specifications.
Apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to make adaptations and modifications in order to solve technical problems.
Review instrument Schedule, including updating, Interlock (safety and shutdown) logic schematic diagrams.
Review panel drawings and schematics (both local and central), cabinets, rack layouts, including instrument allocations, Terminal Layout drawings, Console Wiring Diagrams, System Highway Block diagram
Review graphic Layout Drawings, Report formats, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming, and flow diagram specifications.
Involved in design at system level platform was INVENSYS for THERMAL PLANT
Preparation of data base as per given I/O list and LOGIC design with graphic details.
Graphic design with respected given P&ID from client. Preparation of instrument TAG list, Specification list Configuration list and Merging in the softer data base.
On Site testing the system softer ware with client and preparation of SAT documentation.
Trouble shooting on coming field related quires.
I WORKED as INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER in AZIZ COMPANY for commissioning & start-up of WATER TREATMENT PLANT for SAUDI ELECTICITY & WATER AUTHORITY at ALKHARJ ROAD.
My status of work was to make P& I AS-Built Drawing, Automation Drawing, MCC Drawing for the plant And to design MCC &AUTOMATION PANELS
