 Presently working as instrument system engineer in HYUNDAI organization in SAUDI ABABIA for SAUDI ARAMCO KARAN GAS PLANT.
• MY scope of work is preparation of I/O data base, participated in FAT for DCS systems & IFAT for DCS with ESD systems, with VMS systems.
• Conducted SAT for DCS, ESD VMS systems with vendor and client( ARAMCO)
• Reviewing the instrument location in field using Smart Plant P&ID softer. And installing the instrument as per ARAMCO standard. Red line the HOOK-UP drawing to make it As Built Drawing
• Preparation of LOOP FOLDER using HPCM database softer. Red line the LOOP FOLDER and conducting the LOOP TEST and solving the punch related to folder.
• As per control narrative design, preparing the operation & control logic and providing the supporting documents to the DCS (YOKOGAWA) vendor. And support the vendor during the Graphic & Logic design stage.
• Configuration of FF (Foundation Field Bus) device on FCS through HIS SYSTEM by auto configuration mode.
• Reviewing the Shut down CAUSE & EFFECT matrix with the ESD Programming Logic is design with BY-PASS application (TRICONEX).
• Calibration of field instrument like LIT, FIT PIT, TIT, Valves MOV’s Shutdown valves,
Control valves, Actuators, (FISHER) and Loop check for all field related instruments.
• Conducting loop check procedure for the completed system for HART and FF devises using (EMERSON 475) communicator.
• Performing Control Valves and ESD valves operation and stroke check by PRM SOFTER.
