• Manage Physical security contracts
• Manage Rapid response contracts
• Manage external vendors IRO the above
• Security planning and implementation (Physical and electronic)
• Security awareness (plan and implement)
• National Security Control room support
• Compile and Manage Request for Bid (RFB's)
• Information management
• Provide & distribute reports per timeline requirements
• Maintain all databases & files (Internal/External)
• Security Cost planning, reduction and management
• Participation in security and other meetings and forums
• National Key Point support
• Security risk assessments and evaluations
• Compile and manage policy, process & strategic security documents
• Plan, organize, lead, control.
• Business case and project management
• Devise and manage and implement technical strategies
• Select and motivate new security technology
• Security Technology rollout
• Physical/technical security support and consult
