• Worked as a Project lead for Mobily/ZTE SPAN Project for Southern Region KSA
• Managing Team and giving guidance for Implementation of ZTE PTN 6220 on Mobily Access site connected to ZTE PTN 6500-8 to Terminal sites
• Handling all deployment activity and issues on field level like (Access to sites, Power upgradation, quality, outstanding issues (OILS).
• Coordinating with customer for scheduling diff. Activity as per customer requirement for achieving the target.
• Handling escalations and improving the quality of work as per Mobily Standards
• Conducted site Survey, Installation, PAT (Physical) for 60 + Mobily shelters and 10 Terminal in diff. region ASR, Najran, Jajan, ALBaha.

• Implemented more than 60 sites, Created Ring as per Mobily fiber schematic, Conducted ring stability test for more than 20 rings and handovered to Mobily O&M team

•Worked as team lead Implementation of Ciena CESD 3930 on Mobily Access site and Ciena DWDM 6500, Ciena 5150 & Ciena OTN 5430 at Mobily Data Centers in Central and Eastern Region
• Conducting site Survey, Installation, PAT (Physical) at Mobily shelter and Terminal.
• Preparing Report like Survey report, Self-inspection Report, Site Engineering document, Physical Acceptance test document for Mobily.
• Leading the MDT activity for Ciena at field level from Wipro side for Ring insertion activity like giving bypass on some site, inserting new site in existing ring, and troubleshooting problem like low/high optical power on sites for more than 50 sites in Riyadh region.
