• Conducting lead generation and sales promotion activities across the branches
• Educating distributors and Advisors about special offers to offer maximize their benefit
• Accountable for policy login and timely issuance while resolving all the post issuance policy issuance issues raised with 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensuring timely 100% distribution of the advisor’s commission and contest commissions
• Monitoring quality of Advisor recruitment process and following up till the license issued to the advisor
• Undertaking necessary investigations on suspicious transactions as part of Risk & Compliance adherence process
• Monitor all the query management and MIS related functions
