- Construction of Enabling Works associated with the Bridge and Road Works at Qasr Al Bahr
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs difficult and very complex logistics assignments. involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of logistics management.
• Maintains first level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Supervises the logistics, security, safety, construction, operation, and maintenance works and provide technical expertise for logistics planning and execution.
• ensuring that programs logistics plans and requirement are implemented in accordance with client requirements.
• Monitors and coordinates all contractors' activities for assigned areas.
• Collaborates with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of public, employees and users of the areas.
• Ensures that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site specific safety procedures and industry standards.
• Establishes and maintains liaison with the local authorities, developers, stakeholders, and community management entities.
• Provides resolution for logistics challenges, issues, constraints, and coordinates application of solutions.
• Develops logistics related schedules for construction, operation, maintenance and monitors progress and compliance.
• Provides schedule and progress appraisal report to the Client and Project Management Team.
• Monitors material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction, operation, maintenance, and related management activities.
• Interfaces with the client, stakeholders, local authorities, community development agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and project management team,
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• Monitor the newly lunched progress tools "open space" by parsons and taking captures using the open space camera and uploaded on the system and recording the field note related to quality, safety, progress ...etc.
i was a logistic manager at Reem mall project which consider one of the biggest Mall in Abu Dhabi with a value of 1.3B USD, big logistic area, 18 tower crane, 20 Plus mobile cranes, and plenty of different equipment’s.
• Assessed and targeted customer needs to forge and cultivate productive relationships and maintain top satisfaction levels.
• Plan site set-up to move labor, plant, and materials around site efficiently (e.g. hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy) and updating upon changes
• Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people. Lay down areas and offloading points
• Plan and integrate with key contractors to meet the needs of the planned programme and de-conflictions on-site space and time where appropriate
• managing sub-contractors and Tenants to deliver their package of goods or services in coordination with subcontractor and tenant representative

• Overseeing the planning of the different site set-up for the labor, plants and the materials in an effective way so that the traffic can be managed internally and externally
• Proactively participated in the weekly, monthly and annual movement plan
• Development of different operating procedures and risk assessment methods for the logistics and ensuring that a plan is produced.

And I was certified as an internal auditor and doing the Responsible for compilation, management and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) manual as well as validating to proper implementation and effectiveness with help of relevant staff (in the part related to the production department).
my Gpa is 60.3% which is good in syria controls and measurement
