according to annual maintenance contracts agreements (AMC)
* Managing technical teams on a daily basis including
HR, Logistics, Time, Quality, Finance and Technical.
* Conducting Spot Check for monitoring and controlling my technical team
performance and checking our client’s feedbacks.
* Quoting maintenance offers and handling approved jobs execution.
* Manage technical reports and invoice according to AMC terms.
* Representing the company toward our clients under AMC
* Supporting our client requests while coordinating with different
departments for achieving our client satisfaction.
* Working yearly on over than 500 projects including : Fire Alarm, Intrusion
Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Queuing systems, FM200, Novec, CO2,
Argonite, Dry Chem, Wet Chem, Foam…
* Study, Design, Install, Support and Maintain several security projects.
* Managing technical team in Lebanon and abroad.
* Supporting our clients technical request.
* Working on several projects including: Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, Central Alarm Receiver, Access Control, Time Attendance, CCTV, DVR, Digital Telephony, Public Address, Queuing systems, Fire Suppression, BMS, FMS, VMS, PMS, Metal Detectors and X-Ray Screening machine.
