-Working closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
-Assisting the HR consultant in preparing staff and employees handbook.
-Interpreting and advising on employment law.
-Recruiting: Posting and advertising jobs vacancies, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, collecting personnel documentation, conducting reference checks.
-Preparing Monthly payrolls, Bonuses, and
transportation fees.
-Monitoring daily attendance, yearly and sick leaves, using (Wintime System).
-Creating, maintaining and updating employee’s files.
-Planning and conducting new employee’s orientation.
