Ridge Relocation Project.

Was a short FIFO contract, I started as an MHE Operator moving stock, paperwork trail, relabelling the products and scanning, using the SAP program and loading trucks to be relocated to the new
HUB warehouse on various sites around the Pilbara. The last 3 swings I was promoted to Supervisor in charge of a team of 7 staff.
Duties were consisting of running a dead line of relabeling, relocating and stock takes whilst also
implementing fatigue management and moral through the heat of the day.

My duties on this site started as include Stevedore, Cargo coordinator, Coordinate freight incoming and outgoing, organize hotshots, out of gauge and over height permits, Spotter, Material handler a
MHE operator on a 7T, 16T, 32T forklifts. The last 13 months consisted as the sites main operator on the 48T Hyster Reach container stacker for the Gorgon project lifting up to 30T flat racks and
containers full of produce to be loaded onto the barges for Barrow Island, I have a good
understanding of mine site procedures and requirements and a great understanding of JHA's and
Take 5's, pre-starts and the overall safety requirements needed on a safe work site. I have also
conducted Load Restraint course and Fatigue Management course.
I worked directly with Leighton Management and had a very good relationship with the Leadership
they had to offer on site.

I was deployed to overseas on many occasions for long periods at a time, my duties were to maintain
service, repair and operate a 15 tonne armoured diesel vehicle, operate a number of specialist
weapons and explosives and lead a small team of personnel of up to 15 men and women, conduct
reconnaissance missions and maintain high intensity fitness; operate up to 4 radios with high regard to simops and operate an array of weapon systems, Train and assess my solders and lead my team in many overseas missions with a good rate of safety and professionalism needed to bring them
home safely.
High level of training in combat first aid in life threatening situations, course is equivalent to
Paramedicine though unfortunately it's unrecognised in Civilian course values.

As soon as I left school at the age of 17 I was a Trade Assistant in welding and building houses,
patios and sheds, Forklift operator, EWP operator, Crane operator, Rigger/Dogger, loading and unloading trucks with the forklift and fanner crane, overhead Gantry Crane, shutdowns for local and
civil mine sites, operated an Articulated Dump truck for a short term, on a civil site and operated a
front end loader to get a familiar feel for future reference, I have a good understanding of all the safety
requirements for safe completion of tasks
