• Managing various Working Capital Limits of over Rs. 3.0 billion including limit approvals, renewals, structuring of limits, planning and forecasting of funds utilization based on business plans.

• Handling and controlling of overall financial planning with collaboration of relevant departments.
• Handling and supervising all matters related to general and marine insurance, including, renewals of policies, assurance of adequate coverage, handling of claims etc.

Successfully managed overall procurement and inventory management function of the company valuing over Rs. 3 billion per annum for directly. Planned, organized and executed imports of raw materials from across the world. Being part of the strategic management team, handled import of three complete Pepsi Cola beverage plants from Germany, Australia, and Canada.
Main responsibility and functions includes:
• Ensuring timely availability of required raw material and maintaining optimum levels
• Handling of raw material stores, Public and Private Bonded Warehouse.
• Ensuring the most effective prices and quality of materials as per PepsiCo Standards.
• Specific procurement for exports, including obtaining DTRE approvals for tax-free purchases.
• Handling all imports, LC operations, customer clearance, transportation and storage management.
As start of the career, participated as team member on various strategic projects including, distribution fleet rehabilitation project, supply chain warehousing projects etc.

• Preparing project financial and operational feasibilities.
• Preparation of presentation for review and updates on the projects.
