The primary role to Content Coordinator and Team Administrator:
upload product content such descriptions, pricing, stock levels, images, discounts offers and promotions, ensuring that product content is always accurate and kept up to date.
Duties &Responsibilities :
• Own merchandise presentation on site, responsible for product categorization, in season management of merchandising presentation, merchandising assortment optimization, and end of season product transitions.
• Identify site issues specific to merchandising and work with appropriate technology partners and internal teams to communicate and resolve.
• Making sure that all campaigns are produced on time, uploaded to the content management system per campaign schedule using company uploading system.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and other content resources to iterate strategy according to data-driven insights regarding conversion and user experience.
• Uploading product information in accordance with merchant information and time-frames.
• Producing product reports for category management.
• Ability to identify problems and proactively suggest ways to improve processes.
• Responding to client requests and providing an ever improving level of support.
• Manage text, pricing, categorization and graphics for all merchant content and carry out quality assurance checks.
• Reporting of technical problems and assisting with swift resolution.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to write engaging web pages, blog posts and other resource articles that engages readers and generates social media shares and website conversions.
• Uploading campaigns using company uploading systems Magento and Magmi systems.

Duties &Responsibilities :
• Handling incoming calls for any clients requires and solving issue in a friendly way to assure clients satisfaction.
• Handles daily emails. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed
• Asking questions to help determine what the client need
• Call out to the clients to remind them of their upcoming reservation.
• Preparing of cash accounts for reservations and Preparing invoices and receipts.
• Preparing profit and sales reports daily and weekly.
