Senior Collection officerJob responsibilities:Debt Liquidation calling: (Chasing outstanding debts from customers and meeting collection targets in order to maintain positive cash flow and reduce delinquency rate)Calling & Follow up• Establish direct contact with delinquent customer, and follow up with customer obligations.• Identify the reason of payments delay and finding the solutions.• Building in the customer's mind company payment priority.• Skip tracing customers through social websites & resources• Communicate courteously with customers and build positive relationships, investigate, respond to and progress issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.Ensure optimal solutions are offered to regularize the accounts: ➢ Restructuring➢ Out of court Settlements• Identify slow moving accounts noting key details so that delinquent debts are escalated for case management.Update of action• Update follow up action, new contacts and address.• Provide upward feedback and highlight challenges and issues faced by customer to management for remedial action.• Minimize customer ricochets.
