JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assigned in site services of installation for complete fiberglass and composite pipe system solution for various applications including the Industrial, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Desalination and Water Distribution.
2. Assigned as a Consultant on behalf of Client and End User for assistance and guideline required for technical clarification and installation of Glass Reinforce Polyester, Glass Reinforce Epoxy and Glass Reinforce Vinyl ester (GRE / GRP / GRV) piping system.
3. Responsible for maintain the QMS (Quality Management System) and insuring that the company quality, test plans and procedures are implemented in all projects.
4. Establish quality system and initiate corrective and preventive actions in case of non conformance to based on company procedures necessary to a satisfactory FIBERSTRONG and WAVISTRONG pipe installation.
5. Do site conduction / training to different nationality of GRE / GRP / GRV installation through different kind of joint as follow:
• Cement bell and cement spigot CB/CS, Adhesive bonded joint.
• Tapered bell and tapered spigot TB/TS, Adhesive bonded joint.
• Fixed bell and fixed spigot FB/FS, Rubber seal lock joint.
• Double bell coupler DCB/DCS, Mechanical coupler joint.
• Plain end PL/PL, butt and wrap lamination joint.
• Flange connection FF/FF, flange to flange connection joint.
• Yellow Box threaded fiberglass line pipe.
6. Full time supervision of site installation of aboveground and underground fiberglass pipe to ensure, instruct, monitor and check the execution of works performed during the installation and erection @ job site is carried out safely and quality, in a manner consistent with Company’s requirement and in the best interest of the Owner.
7. Prepared site report / site situation for each job site under taken and as well as prepared corrective action method of statement and discussed with Project Manager, Site Service Manager and designated Owner Construction Manager for any major problem to solve.
8. Assist the Client to do the checklist, hydro test packages, and inspection test plan, method of statement and QA/QC report to complete the site documentation of GRE, GRP and GRV piping installation.
9. Monitored the HSE aspects of the works and ensure that they are carried out, and advised Supervisors for corrective measures, ensure holding of pre task (TSTI) Total Safety Task Instruction covering details of specific tasks and specific job risks involved to the work force involved.
