Job Description :
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Responsible for Assuit outsourced employees:
- Co-ordinate to provide accommodation and IT needs (i.e. Network, , Citrix, apartment … etc)
- Totally responsible for monthly Assuit bills till delivering them to the finance department.
• Solve problems of employees regarding to HR issues:
1-Team working appraisal
2-Change title requests
3-Staff compensation requests
3- Following up with recruitment, transfer and end of employment requests
• Public Relations
- Co-ordinate with PRD to reserve and issue tickets and make sure that the related accommodation is arranged
- Collect required documents for issuing visa
• Administration
- Responsible for co-ordinating with the administration department to fulfill the needs of the employees
