1- Managing the recruitment polices & procedures in Dubai office which starting by obtaining information about vacant roles from Division Managers & ending by fulfilling the vacant position with the suitable candidates.
2- Implement the Induction process for the new employees & managing the arrangements for them to make sure they are properly established & Start with completing all necessary Labor procedures (Labor Card & Residence visa, Medical Insurance).
2- Coordinate annual appraisal process & make sure all completed appraisal forms for all staff must be compiled and delivered to the Management.
