→ Send purchase order to supplier and confirm prices.
→ Manage all products delivery schedules and shipping documents for relating
parties.
→ Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
→ Contact multiple freight forwarders/shipping lines to get the best fright rates
and services.
→ Arrange booking With Freight Forwarders and follow up until the order
reaches its destination.
→ Compile and prepare all documentation for custom clearance before the
arrival of the shipment.
→ Translate required documents from English to Arabic.
→ Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
→ Collaborate with financial team members on contracts and ensure that any
invoices are sent to them and other financial matter.
→ Update all records of purchased products and register new items in SFDA.
→ Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors.
→ Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

→ I was basically responsible for the Administration of the student lifecycle.
→ Handling external or internal communication.
→ Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
→ Co-ordinating the recording or collation of information from registration,
absences, assessments and examinations.
