TITLE: "A study of various HR practices in Hotel Industry in the city of Nagpur for the Year 2010-2011"
LEARNING: The internship was done as a part of practical learning for the MBA degree to have an industry exposure. It was a good platform to learn the real time HR practices in the hotel industry that are prevailing today
TITLE: "A Comparative study of recruitment and selection process followed at Infosys and learning mate for the year2009-2010".
DESCRIPTION: The project is based on the secondary data available on the internet it deals with the various recruitment and selection practices that are being followed in the industry to get a clear understanding of the differences between the theoretical and practical knowledge.
