Marketing Coordinator in PepsiCo Jordan:
• Perform trade visits, tracking national promotions execution in the market, assessing the execution of promotional material in campaigns, placement of POP materials and distribution of products in all areas, translating visit results into reports and providing Marketing manager with the results and recommendations.
• Follow up with the finance, agency and purchasing on the PO’s and invoices to make sure that payment related to the department actions are done on time with all the necessary documentation.
• Follow up on various programs and press releases with the PR agency.
• Assist in developing AOP, Strat Plan and quarterly business reports, by utilizing research material.
Following up with Advertising agency on projects recommended by the Marketing Manager
Coordinate with Trade Marketing Manager to assist in translating national promotions into account or channel specific spin offs.
• Work with Trade Marketing Manager to produce a key accounts promotion calendar and coordinate in execution where necessary.
Track outdoor locations on monthly basis.
CCO supervisor in Carrefour (central cashier office):
A CCO is the essential between the cashier and the customer whenever it is required either by the cashier or by procedures. For this reason the CCO must able to operate the cash till and know all the procedures related
To cashier and customer services department.
And a CCO holds many responsibilities whether they are financial (cashiers change.) or human (absence follow up, relation with customers…) or technical (maintenance of equipment).
