• Performance Management Systems for both staff and management.
• Updating the Company Job Families success profiles.
• Holding Assessment Centers for coaching, Promotions & Career Development Programs.
Consults with managers and external instructors to design or revise new and existing courses based on departmental needs.
Monitor training budget to ensure it doesn’t exceed allocated funds & prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
Provides analytical reporting, assessing the scope, quality, trends, and population of training activities associated with training courses and surveys.
Observes, coaches and evaluates participants on the application of new skills; writes and delivers reports to managers on employee performance.
Analyzes training results & report employees attitude in training through feedback reports to mangers or supervisors.

Develops, Updates and monitors the company Training and Development Policies and Procedures.
