Job Summary:
• Support the Director Human Resources in implementing hotel strategy, including coaching, counseling, hiring and retaining the best colleagues
• Handling full spectrum of recruitment activities inclusive of screening resumes, conducting interviews, proposing salary offers and negotiating
• Spearheading the selection and joining process of all new employees comprising of shortlisting, interviewing, offers, on-boarding requirements in adherence to HR policies and procedures
• Monitoring visas and work permits new & renewals and other government related licenses and requirements as per the local labor laws and liaising with the hotel owning company
• Directs the hotel’s employee relations programs / Committees (Blue Energy, Focus Meeting, Women in Leadership Committee and member of Crisis Team Committee, etc.)
