Administrative Assistant and Translator
• Full responsibility for contacting clients by email (receiving and sending emails).
• Maintaining contact with local partners and authorities as well as setting up meeting and related coordination issues.
• Preparing a variety of correspondence and forms, and keeping records.
• Excellent skills in regard to the secretarial issues (typing, faxing, scanning)
• Typing, formatting, and reviewing contracts, agreements and any documents.
• Contacting any local and/or international authorities, ministries, associations, and organizations.
• Coordinating with staff members, and working in a team.
• Translating any documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Maintaining project files in a timely and complete manner, ensuring prompt availability of all project documentation.
• Following up all the issues related to clients invoices, contracts, agreements.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate reports and coordinate meetings.
• Preparing and/or edit minutes of meeting, presentations and tables.
• Arranging for travel requirements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
• Updates the Director on status of all required issues before scheduled meetings, and deadlines.
• Performs any related work as assigned.
I have graduated from the Islamic University of Gaza, Faculty of Arts, English Language Department "Bachelor degree in English literature" on 2005. I have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and Internet as well as an excellent knowledge in writing and speaking English, verbal communication skills, and correspondence.
