- Promote positive guest relations at all times
- Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Prepare weekly schedules for all outlet personnel in accordance with staffing guidelines and forecasted labour costs
- Daily briefings with staff to make sure that everyone is aware of non- available items, new dishes and etc.
- Check the readiness of reserved tables, motivate staff and maintain a cohesive team
- Monitor and ensure that all closing duties are completed according the standards before staff leaves
- Ensure that the back area is stocked with specified tools, supplies and equipment and restaurant ready to run smooth operation

-Keeping and recording all the inventory items on an up-to-date basis.
-Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
-Making accurate, rapid cost colculations, and providing customers with quotations.
-Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
-Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.

Invoicing and reconciling of purchase invoices

Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders.
Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
