• Accountable for the annual physical inventory of all materials/stocks.
• Prepare report of all received invoices, equipment’s, and stocks on hand balance.
• Maintains quantity of supplies and monitors shelf life of a particular items based on receipts or invoices for submission to the accounting head.
• Classifies, reviews, and input data in the computer terminal according to prices, manufacturers name, part number/model number and stock number.
• Inspects materials in their storage locations to ensure that the sensitive are not deteriorated/damage for issuance purposes.
• Relocation of materials/stocks received to their respective locations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned.

• Coordinates materials issued, packaged and shipped with the corporate offices, contract sited or other specified destinations.
• Prepares finished products for shipments or storage by placing materials in inventory or shipping containers.
• Verifies materials or merchandise against received documents.
• Notes and reports discrepancies and/or damage to materials.
• Maintains records and provides traceability of documentation through the company accounting or tracking system.
• Examines stored materials and reports deterioration and damage.

• Monitors all the items quantities received from vendors and identifies problem areas.

• Consolidate, prepare orders and generate pick lists as per site, material requisitions and priorities.
• Supervise and direct subordinates activities for proper handling of products
• Direct sorting and packing of the products according to acquired disposition plan.
• Ensures shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution are performed in an efficient manner.
• Suggests improvements to distribution procedures, and acts to improve timeliness or reduce costs.
• Document all shipping and receiving information and completes reports for management.
• Lead efficiently a team of warehouse personnel
