Scripted from scratch end-to-end design architecture and requirements to develop and build an in-house HR system for Global Sixsentix, staying aligned to the employment rules and regulations of 6 different Sixsentix locations.
Managed & maintained the Assets Inventory Portal for Sixsentix UAE, logging and tracking the IT hardware equipment purchase and distribution
Facilitated and engaged in the testing & implementation of the new HR system (ZenHR) for Sixsentix UAE.
Created Talent Management, Performance Management and Succession Planning structures in line with the HR Agile Methodologies for a flat hierarchy organization, which is the first of its kind.
Managed the recruitment processes, job vacancies posting, creating job descriptions and the candidate interviews & selection in Sixsentix
Responsible for overlooking full team’s HR requirements & discussing the same daily with the HR Director, Sixsentix UAE. Looked after the Onboarding & Offboarding processes, issued corporate announcements & communications, organized team events
Worked on setting up of the Oracle Talent Management System from RFT till Go LIVE and responding to all employee queries after implementation.
Conducted meetings with the Employee Helpdesk team to evaluate nature of enquiries, discuss viable approaches to deal with critical issues, engage relevant SMEs for their support, brain storm ideas on quicker methods to resolve an enquiry or request.
Coach & mentor team members in due diligence of maintaining the logging system, ensuring data entry met a level of consistency, if employees are unclear on their request team needs to probe further while maintaining adequate sensitivity levels. Also how to handle difficult situations & the requirement to follow the process of escalation.
Generate reports on monthly and quarterly basis with in depth evaluation of HR metrics based on the categories of enquiries received, their frequency, their urgency and the issues related to each of them.
Met with relevant HR section heads to exchange ideas and share knowledge with the purpose of improving the quality of service provided and enhance customer user experience
Updated intranet Employee Hub content on a regular basis to ensure all information published is aligned with current policies.
Process all vendor correspondences, upload the scans to the central database, organize / coordinate arrangements for the Division offsite / teambuilding
Post client visits required preparation of client feedback reports and / or requirements and the follow up of the same.
Partner & enhance the business relation with the subsidiaries / functions assigned as per the internal structure by providing excellent customer service and visiting the function / subsidiary site at least twice per month.
Scope involved working on operational level to assist line management in handling grievance & disciplinary procedures, drafting and update:
o Job descriptions & respective department Org charts,
o Monthly Executive reports, new joiner's database & Leave administration,
o Update, clean & maintain Oracle HRMS data base and validate of employee records.
o Generate & accumulate other HR reports for Management as & whenever required.
o Work on different adhoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Manager or HR Director including KPI formulations, Bonus calculations, HR Strategy mapping, Translating Training Needs Analysis (TNA) reports and so on.
Providing accurate advice & information on issues arising from employment contracts and legislation.
Respond to inquiries from employees and accordingly provides interpretation of company policies & procedures
Assist HR Manager & Department Head in restructuring exercises & updates in the Organization Chart, personal details, transfers, etc, are updated on the HR system on a continuous basis
To administer monthly Employee requests for benefits / or any other allowances or corrections, etc swiftly by interacting with ADMC payroll- Finance department.
Administer & enter all leave applications and handle Employee Internal Transfers as well as Manage & administer separations, resignations, terminations & redundancies
Provide information to employees on benefits, retirement, & pertaining to immigration concerns.
