•Gather enquiries from prospective landlords/tenants and provide relevant information for taking the necessary steps in terms of qualifying interest and showcasing property
•Confer and arrange all legal documentation, and work on negotiating agreements with landlords/tenants in order to finalize the deal and sign the lease agreements strictly under the guidance of concern departments
•Negotiate for flexible payment plans, rent reductions on full payments in advance for the year with the landlord
•Ensure all renewal of tenancy contracts are completed on the timely manner
•Ensure that all rents, late fees, cheque charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner
•Ensure accurate filing of all information and agreement, so as to enable the company to refer to it in its relationship management with respect to rent payment / renewal / extension / transfer
•Deliberate (MEP) technical specifications with landlords to ensure that they are in compliance with the requirement of the technical team
•Prepare memo for accounts payment and reimbursement to concerned contractors
•Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports check in - check outs, etc.)
•Have a comprehensive knowledge of all vacant units in the portfolio
•Worked on CRM System (MasterKey) effectively and trained new staff on the same
•To summarize act as a project manager from managing the entire cycle right from identifying tenant, executing lease agreements through associated departments such as lease administration, finance and legal until handover for fit-out to technical team
