1.Prepares, set and check all the material(s) before start of the shift
2.Perform machine maintenance and trouble shooting
3.Operates the machine (s) to achieve optimum production based on the prescribed
operating procedure, practices and programs
4.Conduct line checking of finish products quality; appearance, correct measurement,
5.Maintains clean work area by following the, 5S and Personal Hygiene.
6. Checks all the Critical Control Points (CCP) and Control Points (CPs) in area of responsibility
7. Work closely with the QC Assistant to achieve desired quality standards
8. Accomplishes the checklist required for the shift and prepares corresponding reports
9. Prepares the needed samples for dispatch to Costumer
10. Monitoring and handles rework jobs generated by himself during the shift.
11. Ensures proper turnover of production before leaving the work area
12. Perform other related task which assigned from time to time.
