• Reporting to venue coordinator and MEP engineers.
• Coordination and follow-up of any issues in MEP system to ensure the on-time completion.
• Scheduling of PPM works to be carried out by the contractors.
• Insure that all works carried out is monitored and recorded.
• Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance works carried out by the contractors.
• Insure that all activities are updated on TAM system.
• Insure that the venue is accordance to the facility and event requirements.
• Prepares technical assessment and report prior to raising service order.
• Insure that all contractors comply with emergency, environmental health and safety EHS regulations.
• Prepare incident report regarding the incidents happened in the venue.
• Monitoring of fire extinguishers replaced those low pressures and prepares necessary report.
• Review parameters recorded by technicians and to take necessary action if there are any discrepancies.
• Review the PTW presented by contractors and confirm the compliance of health & safety requirements as ticked in PTW.
• Planning the duty roster of Operations Assistant Engineers and Technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities,

• Repair, maintaining and preventive maintenance of assigned equipment's to ensure high yielding machine.
• Set-up the machine or perform conversion work based on production requirements using set guidelines and procedures.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance of assigned equipment and sees to it that all worn-out parts are replaced and the machine/equipment is refurbished.
• Conducts routine check on equipment prior to start and during actual operation to determine if such is functioning according to set parameters.
• Record all repair and maintenance work done including spare parts used for purposes of monitoring equipment utilization and maintaining of accurate data base.
• Assess equipment condition during breakdown or malfunction using established troubleshooting procedures to determine the cause and perform necessary repair.
• Assures daily maintenance and preventive maintenance activities recorded on SAP system.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.
• Participate in safety training provided by company, Chemical spill response and firefighting.
