• Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
• Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
• Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
• Preparing, drafting correspondences prior to submission
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
• Checking and monitoring the office staff’s attendance
• Doing other administrative task as assigned by the Superior
• To accept and process light payments from Davao Light customers according to the set standard operating procedures.
• Other responsibilities include that all customers are able to pay within 15 minutes or less from the time the customer entered the office until the payment transaction is done.
• Balance drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks
• Receive checking and savings deposits: verify cash and endorsements, receive proper identification for cash back, and issue receipts of deposit.
• Identify counterfeit currency
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies
• Refer customers to the proper department for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller line.
• Count and roll loose coins.
