Payroll manager in the Human Resources department of the SNB (Groupe CASTEL) Brewery Company in Oued Tlilat whose missions are: • Editions of absences from the "KELIO" software • Prepare employment contracts, endorsements and ensure their signature on time • Update records by agents (Ranking, Numbering) • Enter the variable elements required for payroll • Prepare the calculation of the score and update on the KELIO • Establish various certificates (Certification of work, Order of mission, Recovery, Title of leave, Certificate of work ...) • Establish the update of the recuperations and leave every month and send them to the heads of service concerned each month of the month • Establish the follow-up of CDD personnel by sending to the heads of service monthly reminders for renewal of contracts • Prepare the valuation of leave at the beginning of each month • Prepare questionnaires based on movements, schedules and documents related to absences • Respect the conditions of mastery of documents related to the structure. • Perform all tasks related to the activities of the structure entrusted to him by his / her supervisor
