Project Brief: Provided Project Management Consultancy Services to the client for establishing and developing the marketing strategy within the EUC H2020 framework Fast Track to Innovate Project so to reduce time to market of a new innovative Control Tower. This system has been realized with video augmented reality techniques so to integrate all ground sensors (Portable Devices, GPS tags, ADSB, video, infrared cameras and microvawe sensors) permitting deployment of a tower control room different to airport tower.

Analysed EUC Fund and founded several partner to involve in funding project

The system comprises 6 Metro Lines, 3 Bus Rapid Transit Lines, 2 Circular Bus lines and 17 Community Bus Lines designed to provide a seamless transportation service to Riyadh’s inhabitants.

• Provided complete project oversight and executed the project from planning stage to final delivery, allocated budget and resources to each phase and monitored project schedules.
