Job Role: MEP Engineer Clients Representative
 Successfully completed the MEP works of more than eighty (80) building projects of 132/11KV substation and five (5) building complexes of 400/132KV substation. (Project includes 19KM X 2M diameter cable tunnel project, 400/132KV Mohammad Bin Rashid Solar substation, 400KV Hassyan Coal Switching station, two(2) 400KV Static VAR Compensator (SVC) Stations.
 Currently managing and supervising an on-going project of twelve (12) 132/11KV Substation buildings and a building complex of 400/132KV substation.
 Has successfully introduced and implemented the application of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and inspection and test plan (ITP) in DEWA MEP site management process.
 Successfully initiated the engineering and site supervision department’s site kick-off meeting procedure and formats.
 Financially awarded and certificate for the implemented suggestion “Site management/Supervision Improvement Process”.
 Has authored and developed most of the department’s MEP test and commissioning and inspection (RFI) formats and checklist (Aligned with ITP).
 An effective coordinator with different consultants, main contractors and subcontractor’s project management team regarding project’s scope, quality and progress.

JOB SCOPE:
 Site management and supervision as Client’s (DEWA) representative.
 Project Documents, design drawings, materials, manpower review and site approval.
 Attend project kick-off, periodical (Weekly and Monthly), progress and site coordination meetings as client’s representative
 MEP (HVAC, LSP and Plumbing pumps) testing and commissioning
 Interview and pproval of consultant and contractor’s proposed engineer for the Projects
 Ensure and monitor that the consultant/contractors KPIs are meet.
 Ensure Project (MEP scope) delivered as per schedule.
 Ensure enter departmental SLAs are strictly observed
 Attend periodical (Weekly and Monthly) and scheduled meetings with consultant and contractors.
 Site work Quality control and assurance.
 Ensure Health and safety is never compromised.
 Inspection of materials, installation and testing/commissioning as per ITP requirement.
 Construction and commissioning of HVAC, Ventilation and forced ventilation system, LSP (Low voltage lighting and power system), Overhead EOT Cranes, Transfer and booster Pumps, Roll up doors, Elevators, CCTVs and other MEP equipment’s
 Periodical reporting for progress, site issues, NCRs, ITPs and quality related document.

Job role: Engineering Head Client’s Representative (Facilities Management)
 Simultaneously manages and supervises the operations and maintenance for 4 SM city department stores ( Namely: SM city Bicutan (113, 214 sq.m), SM city SouthMall (205, 120 sq.m), SM city Sucat (96, 277 sq.m) and SM City Lipa (141, 283sq.m)
 Lead the pre-commissioning and commissioning turnover of SM Lipa Department store as client's project engineer for final project acceptance.
 Successfully handled the engineering department as head for the operations, maintenance and renovations of department stores
 Has leaded a team of more than 40 personnel.
 Introduced cost cutting measures by smart using the utilities and materials consumption which lead to total savings of 3.6M pesos per annum.
JOB SCOPE:
 Operation and maintenance of all the engineering works in the department store.
 Project Management of department store renovation, satellites and extension projects
 Maintenance providers/contractors contract review, revisions and approvals
 Scheduling of maintenance works of HVAC, Lighting and small power, Fire protection system, elevators and escalators and other department store engineering facilities.
 Performs Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and acceptance closing of the projects.
 Manages and supervises all engineering works such as civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security CCTV and alarms, telecommunication system, PABX system, fire fighting and protection system, elevators and escalators, building services and plumbing etc.
 Bid out renovation works for quotations and awarding
 Prepare technical specs and drawing for annual project proposals
 Ensure consumable materials are managed and monitored and material requirement and delivery are ordered on time
 Review and approval of day time, night time and hot works work permit with detailed manpower allocations.
 Conduct snagging/punch listing works during hand overs.
 Submit annual project proposals for store developments and renovations for funding allocation
 Managing and scheduling of in-house engineering staff, contractors and sub-contractors.
 Ensure that the costs of Projects are within the yearly allotted budget.
 Ensure that the cost of O&M and utilities are aligned with the department store's periodical sales as reflected in actual during the monthly, quarterly and annual meetings.
 Maintain a reliable documentation for billings, monthly utilities usage plan vs. actual, manpower cost, supply inventories, equipment data(readings), warranty documents/claims, contracts, revisions and updates, specifications, drawings, Issued work permit, etc.
 Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual report presentation to be delivered during periodical meetings.
 Ensure that the maintenance and repair request from consignors/tenants are being attended and request documents are timely submitted for billing.
 Ensure SLAs between departments are monitored and executed.

 Deputized as building administrator which handles the department store’s support group staff such as engineering, security and janitorial.
 Initiated an investigation with an electric meter reading bill anomaly that has leaded an electrical back charge reimbursements which enables the company to collect 2.4M pesos from the utilities provider.
 Exhibits unwavering work dedication and perseverance which was later compensated with a transfer to the mother company as an engineering officer.
 JOB SCOPE:
 Operation and maintenance of all the engineering works in the department store.
 Recommends PM schedule for HVAC, low voltage lighting and power, escalators, elevators and all other building services equipment to the engineering officer.
 Scheduling and supervision of man power and engineering works.
 Takes over the operation and maintenance management in the absence of engineering officer.
 Oversee the operation of janitorial and security operations and manpower allocation as building administrator.
 Ensure that all records for personnel time keeping, utilities billing, supply delivery receipts, contracts, work permit approvals are timely submitted to the engineering officer.
 Ensure that all maintenance/repair work request from the department store consignors and in-house departmental sales managers are being attended and billing documents are timely submitted

Hands-on in troubleshooting various car problems and maintenance.
Has acquired knowledge in automotive dealership and service procedure through extensive training that was provided by Honda international standard training.

 JOB SCOPE:
Recommend, troubleshoot and repair various car problems.
Perform periodic car maintenance schedule.

Pioneer in setting-up the company’s Quality Management department.
Develop quality systems inspection procedures from raw material inspection to various mechanical processes up to delivery to ensure high quality production.
Has developed the quality standard documentation which eventually initiates the company’s application for ISO Certification.
Has acquired skills in negotiation with different ISO and Six Sigma certified clients in terms of bilateral quality improvement.
Has help increase the production/sales of the company up to 15% due to continues quality improvement and firm commitment in achieving 100% quality delivery by application of TQM methodology.
Introduce the use of jigs in different stages of the production line to ensure that the quality is not compromised and to easily and early detect quality mishaps.

 JOB SCOPE:
Ensure that the products are checked for quality from raw material to delivery.
Conduct a pre-delivery quality inspection report to be submitted to the client's.
Perform after sales negotiation and meetings with the clients.
Reprimand personnel who are not conforming to the quality procedure and standard.
Ensure that all the production line machinery and equipment are running as per schedule.
To develop a quality plan by applying the quality tools extracted from TQM.
