Work as a freelance recruiter for different clients in a specific requirements
1- Responsible for doing all recruitment works related to non-Egyptians nationalities:
(Receiving requirements, recruiting, screening, filtration, select best candidates, coordinate interviews & following candidates` mobilization process)
2- Dealing with other recruitment agencies in different countries.
3- Handle any cases related to the clients.
Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for our client`s requirements by studying the vacancies very well and then start sourcing using the suitable methods
• Handling the interview between the client and the candidates as per the arranged schedule
• Experience in dealing with any other cases such as Technical tests, English tests and Walk in candidates
• Following up the mobilization process for the selected candidates
• Experience in arranging marketing trips for other countries
recieving the rquirements from the client .
