Design management:
1. Collect all requirements and data from stakeholders and management Team regarding the project.
2. Define Scope of work, limit of work and prepare phasing plan for the Design package.
3. Manage Tender document and assess the best offer ( Technically and Financially)
4. Coordinate with the selected consultant and attend Kick of meeting to discuss the Scope of work to clarify any unclear point.
5. Attend site visit tours with the consultant to reply on any request or inquiry for the project.
6. Prepare & monitor project plan for the design stage.
7. Attend progress meetings and workshop meetings for each stage of the design ( Concept design- Design Development - Construction document - tender Document)
8. Receive and review all submittals/deliverables to approve it.
9. Coordinate with all other divisions to review the technical drawings and get their feedback on the design.
10. Receive & review the final construction document (drawings, specs & Bill of quantities)
11. Communicate and coordinate with external & internal parties (Consultants, Contractor, Governmental authorities) in all project stages from initial until completion.
12. Design and coordinate different projects in Sahl Hasheesh community.
13. Coordinate with the site team/compliance team and follow up to get the inspection report and the construction progress status.
14. Reporting the project status quarterly to Approvals & Compliance Director and other involved depts.
15. Prepare project team work-plans and comprised of project architects, interior designers and consultant
16. Act as lead design manager for a variety of project type
17. Support the Project Director and the Project Manager on any technical input or studies required.
18. Develop and finalize the Project Design Management Plan.
19. Evaluate and endorse the variation orders/change requests submitted by the Design Consultant(s) for the Project Manager's approval.
20. Review and report to the Director of Design all monthly reports submitted by Design Consultant including weekly Areas of Concern reporting and recommended plans of actions.
21. Review consultant / contractor work progress for contract payments.
22. Develops and implements plans and policies for the controlled use of urban.
23. Preparing Design & Development contractual Guidelines for each parcel in each District at Phase 2 &3
24. Preparing drawings of Development control policy plans
25. Reviewing the Environmental impact assessment study for all projects to meet the regulations & conditions of the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) and the Touristic Development Authority (TDA)
26. Preparing the Concept designs for Golf course (Par 3) for phase 1
27. Preparing BoQ for Landscape design projects
28. Prepare design drawings for Jamaran villas Types after owner selection to be submitted to TDA.
29. Help & coordinate with Design director in some design modifications tasks for different projects.
30. Prepare projects studies & analysis
31. Preparing development plan for new projects requested by BOD.
32. Coordinate with the commercial /sales team to get the final list of available land areas for new/ future development opportunities.

Reviewing Hydra Village project concept design proposals
•Quantity surveying
•Maintain Proper and organized filing system and retrieve corporate documents, record, and reports as needed
•Modifying design plans received from consultants
•Oversee administrative tasks such as reading and analyzing of incoming memos and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
•Reviewing Contracts and scope of work for the consultants and contractors

Reviewing all the architectural drawings (Master plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections & Perspectives) submitted by each developer and communicate with the developer and follow up until they submit the final approved drawings to be able to issue the preliminary approval certificate, as per ERC guidelines (Architectural Guidelines & Site development Guidelines) & TDA regulations.
Submit the final drawings to TDA for approvals through the DS and follow up until received the final stamped drawings.
Coordinate with the site team/compliance team to inspect the construction stage in order to be in accordance to TDA approved drawings.
Reviewing the monthly inspection reports received from for the site team for each Project in order to take the appropriate action as per the guidelines and ERC’s Conditions (Stop work Notice / Noncompliance Notice).
Operational projects:
Reply to the ongoing requests received from owner representative or the developer such as( installing billboard, flags, advertising, kiosks, beach furniture, landscaping outside plot limits or changing request such as new additional rooms /units ..etc
Study the case properly and its effect on our image and facilities and discuss with site team and management team, then approve or reject it.
Miscellaneous Tasks:

•Preparing landscape design for Villa Zone in Sahl Hasheesh Resort (Parking lots, playground, Pavements, street lighting locations, Gates, Fences, Planting, Hardscape elements...etc
•Preparing landscape design for easements and buffer zones in Sahl Hasheesh Resort
•Reviewing the landscaping designs for each project and issue the approvals from Tourism & Development Affairs (TDA)
•Preparing the Concept designs for Golf course (Par 3) for phase 1
•Reviewing the Technical & Financial proposals submitted by consultants for the Infrastructure works for (Phase 2)
•Preparing comparison sheets for the Infrastructure proposals
•Researching for some Marines expert to provide us with an advice for the Jetties locations and its impact study
•Preparing BoQ for Landscape design projects
•Collecting Quotations from suppliers and make comparison sheets,
•Preparing purchase orders and follow up with finance department.
