Job Role: Store Administrator (In Training for Department Supervisor)
Job Description: Working as an H&M Administrator involves carrying out carry out daily, weekly & monthly administrative duties for the Store, ensuring compliance with operations guidelines, company policy & procedure, audit & country law.


My Job Responsibilities as an Administrator:
• Ensure accurate completion of daily, weekly & monthly administrative duties.
• Check daily emails & action if required.
• Maintain Ministerial documents in store as required by country law & audit compliance.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of all stock movement reports.
• Follow up & investigate & discrepancies.
• Maintain store sale figures, ATV & IPC.
• Ensure compliance with company policy & procedure & audit compliance for till procedures, daily banking & safe reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate petty cash records, prepare reimbursement summary & arrange additional replenishment if required.
• To demonstrate excellent customer service.


My Achievement during working as an Administrator:
1. Achieving an average score of 90% on all Loss Prevention visits to my store (score sheets available upon request)
2. Achieving a total score of 90.10% on Audit visit to my store during Year 2012 (score sheet available upon request)


My Job Responsibilities as Supervisor in training (promotion in Quarter 1 - 2013:
• Lead Associates to maximize sales through shop floor replenishment & outstanding customer service.
• Ensure knowledge of daily / weekly targets & lead associates in achieving them.
• Accurately complete mark downs, ticketing & tagging checks
• Ensure awareness of stock loss issues
• Ensure awareness of associate's goals.
• Constantly assess own performance & seeks out feedback on how to improve performance
• Deliver on the job training to associates & support completion of Sales Associate work book.
