• Implement and maintain adequate measurements and control systems to identify improvement opportunities/needs.
• Develop OE strategic plans and deployment including KPI setting and reporting.
• Utilize knowledge of business objectives to identify process improvements, track performance and trends, implement strategies and programs to maximize opportunities for business performance in support of the company vision.
• Partner with functional managers on driving Lean Six-Sigma projects to increase productivity and enhance the effectiveness of operational processes and systems.
• Drove Performance Management through a Daily Management Structure across the Organization, running from the associate to the Senior Leadership level.
• Responsible for sales volume for all businesses (MS / HSD /ALPG / Lubricants) within the geographical area of South Gujrat.
• Implementation of all the laid down safety processes to ensure protection of environment, safety of staff, customers and assets at the Retail Outlets.
• Responsible for coordination between dealers and supply points for timely placement of indents and their execution so that there are no stock outs.
• Conduct field visits and trading area surveys; identify potential sites; conduct interviews and enrol dealers / lube distributors and obtaining OMC sales and market intelligence data.
• All ROs to be made to adhere to meet statutory norms on nozzle delivery, density variations and retention samples of TT. All complaints, especially related to Q&Q from customers to be investigated
• Responsible for established norms for customer service/ retention and relationship management of customers for fuel and non-fuel products.
• To carry out all types of RO audits as per the frequency notified in the guidelines. To expedite liquidation of audit points where action is required from channel partners/tracks/state office.
• Ensuring all automation devices remain functional; ticket generation for any automation device going manual. Critical analysis of ROs showing excess product loss or gains. To act on PNOC & KMS alerts/exceptions as per guidelines and bridge the gaps in training, if any, to prevent their recurrence.
• Responsible for marketing events and promotions as per Plan for all products along with channel partners
• Manpower deployment at ROs as per manning norms and ensure labour compliance
• To train all staff and channel partners / key persons on SOPs using all available tools of training.
• Responsible for collection, remittance and re-conciliation of cash/MFF as per laid down commercial policies/ processes.
• Ensure payment of all type of dues related to RO - property tax, Electricity, Professional Tax, service tax (COCO Operator) etc. Ensure that all type of statutory licenses are valid and copies available at RO. Ensure that all channel partners agreements / BG Agreements are valid and correct invoices / payment are raised on time.
• Imparting Training to DSR’s Dealers, Distributors on Product knowledge and competitor and about own schemes.
