Handling & Maintaining Petty cash on day to day basis .
Analysing all Overseas income and report to Manger.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Research any discrepancies by checking bills, invoices, sales receipts and bank deposit records.perform this on daily, weekly or monthly basis .
Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statement and reports for paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity.

Was placed in accounts departments for reviewing and entering Account Payable and Receivable entries in JDE. Have good hands on Accounting concepts / Bank reconciliation.To raise queries with LC dept / Traders / Banks to ensure system is updated correctly for purchase/sales and accurate and timely receipts/ payments are made. To update Secondary cost relating to Purchase/ Sales/Travel Expenses of Traders to their respective Job number Training new-comers on above functions and reviewing their work
Job Description:
• Reviewing & updating of Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP & AR) invoices related to material and secondary cost.
• Follow up with Operation team for resolution of queries related to AP & AR invoices.
• Booking expenses related to employees in JDE for reimbursement purpose .
• Daily Cash Application entries like Cash receipt, Payment and In & Out Flow for Banks. Eg. Bank of America (ltd, inc)
• Daily Bank reconciliation for Bank of America Ltd, Inc, Overseas & RBI .
• Reporting to Finance Manager in Half-Yearly audit by preparing documents as requested by Auditors .
• Maintain SO & PO track record through Inventory Stock adjustment and updated the same in JDE .
• Creating & Adding Customer, Vessel, Port and Ship name in JDE as per request by traders .
