• Accountable for producing Projects Governance Reports which captures the high level overview of high visibility projects for the customer.
• Accountable for Regular checks for all mandated and agreed documentation, review KPIs and tracking RAG (Red, Amber, and Green) status of High Visibility Projects.
• Reporting health and status of Projects to internal and external organizations and facilitating the set Governance structure and Compliance Standards.
• Setting up and chairing monthly calls with all the stakeholders to discuss the project progress, risks & issues.
• Implementing Continuous improvement initiatives with integrated approach to ensure project success and objectives are met.

• Working as a Project Manager with the client BRITISH TELECOM & CREDIT SUISSEBANK for PAN European Region handling their Network Infrastructure delivery Projects by implementing agile management ideals by facilitating exercises such as sprint planning and Sprint review/retrospective until the product delivery.
• Successful delivery for three projects i.e. MPLS Cost saving Opportunities, End of life for Cisco equipment’s & Setting up a new office in One Cabot Square (London) by implementing Project in Agile Scrum Framework by continuous delivery of valuable product increment.
• Drove 6 infrastructure projects across EMEA region having a savings impact of 3.4M$ in 2017.
• Determined Project Milestones and ensured project deliverables adhered to the specified timelines and standards, developed and managed project budget and reporting.
• Organizing and setting up various meetings, reviews and refinements with development team and all other stakeholders to ensure tracking and monitoring on progress of the projects.
• End-to-End management of Projects as per complexity of simple, medium & complex Projects. It includes gathering & analyzing requirements from internal/external stakeholders. Co-ordination with resources/engineers on implementations, technical details, changes etc. Co-ordination with commercial team on discounts, financial approvals, purchase orders etc. procuring the devices within timescales & co-ordination with engineer for implementation.
• Preparation of project plan schedule in Microsoft Project and creation of PSR project status reports.
• Managing various project documents like Project Charter, Project Management Plan Document, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Status Report, and Project Performance Metrics.
• Ensuring successful project delivery by using different tools & techniques to ensure the Project Owners goals meet the expectation with adherence specified timelines.
• Vendor negotiation for Procurement:-Cisco, Avaya, Nice, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, Avocent (Cyclades), Riverbed (Steel head) as per client requirement.
• Working along with commercial team to deliver cost saving opportunity to Credit Suisse for all BT-MPLS connection in EMEA region Criteria: a) Recommitment with same provider, b) Change in technology c) Change in technology with change in provider.
• Raising RFC request in SNOW SERVICE tool for customer and presenting the RFC in CAB meeting for change approval from Customer.
