• Support cross-functional teams (Marketing/Sales, Revenue Assurance, Customer Service Delivery, Service Management Group, Business Excellence, Regulatory and IT) for technical/operational requirements to improve C-SAT score.
• Support in timely closure of audit requirements and henceforth any audit observations. Co-ordination with cross functional teams for audit compliance.
• Responsible for process enhancement based on Business requirements.
• Ensure availability of Lapu/Recharges. Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management for Lapu/recharge related configurations.
• Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of MS team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and timely delivery of Business requirements.
• Overseeing integration & commissioning as well as conducting tests, inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities and effectuating maintenance plans in prepaid ecosystem.
