As a General Manager, I’m responsible for achieving and maintaining Eexceptionable Customer Satisfaction as well as maintaining our third party Providers target Goals. Also maintaining company goals and Sales, while following up with Government and Partners new laws and changes to existing policies, communicating with owner and sales team through general and private meetings. I used Power Point, Exel, E-mails, Webinar, and other methods of contact on a daily basis.
As a WalMart manager, I’m ensuring an Extreem Customer Satisfaction, Cost Efficient Scheduling, Effectively communicating new company polices, changes and Compliance's to all branchs of the store, Safety of employees and customers, Inventory to and from venders and providers, in the Front End, Manager incharge of all Transaction inclouding cash deposits, Money Central activities, as well all cashiers, compliance with government money services and regulations.
Radio Shack Manger is a Business owner, As a manager for Radio Shack you place the order for all merchandise, schedule employees, , Hire and train, make presintations in attended district and reigonal meeting.
