• Monitoring and controlling of quality of Sub-contracted activities.

• Ensure that the QA/QC procedures are implemented meticulously in my area of responsibility and will be responsible for the quality of work.
• Responsible for identifying HSE hazards in my area of operation
• Activities subsequently minimize risk for loss prevention, where required assistance can be taken from QHSE in this regard.
• Liaison with client to discuss and resolve site issues and enhance the progress to meet the completion targets.
• Pre inspection (inspection findings) of equipment’s upon opening (Heat Exchanger, Vessels, Drums, Columns, Air fan coolers, Tanks, Boilers, Filters)
• Post cleaning inspection after Hydro jetting and mechanical cleaning or any cleaning method.
• Hydro-jetting Inspection as per required pressure.
• Hydro Testing of Heat exchangers, (shell side, tube side, shell side with test ring, Differential test) Air fin fan coolers & Piping.
• Modification of baffle plates of Exchangers and Ox-Dryer.
• Urea Reactor Trays replacement
• Vessels, Columns, Tanks internal inspection (Demisters, Trays, man ways, and internals)
• Box up clearance certification from process, inspection and operations after completions of all inspections of equipment’s.
• Piping modification (Cut & weld job, Valve replacement)
• WPS & PQR preparation, Approvals, and implementations.
• Welders test as per ASME IX.
• NDT & welding Records control
• Knowledge on the International codes & standards like ASME, API, AWS, BS & ISO
• E.O.T crane inspection fabrication, installation and commissioning liaison with client
• Inspection of machinery during running plant and maintenance of plant during shut down activities of equipment overall plant
• Maintain updated records of materials / equipment’s received in proper storage / preservation
• Attends coordination meetings, review of QA/QC documents / procedures & final documentation as per client’s dossier requirements
• Reviewing & approving technical query & site instructions proposed by sub-contractors in case of deviations, conducting technical presentations and various awareness programs to educate sub-contractor personnel.
