Over the past 3 years I have been leading a team of 3 people to manage 5 operating companies with over 10 satellite offices country wide that covers over 350 full time employees, 700 part timers and over 1000 computers and managing CAPEX over $500, 000 - helping the business to achieve strong growth in a challenging industry. I hold a nice combination of technical, analytical and corporate communications experience, applying this knowledge from the ground up. I also thrive when taking on to manage an existing team; operations management, capacity building, strategic business development and forging strong client relationships.
I've conceived, developed, and executed strategies and initiatives that help the business to drive sales and build a solid partnership to the operating companies as our clients. Further more, I have successfully managed new technology initiatives and achieved exceptional results. For example, from applying regional and country initiatives, I helped the operating companies to make a significant OPEX saves from printing and telecommunications with managed print services and the application of VoIP.
I have lead and managed numerous projects throughout South East Asia from office moves, office renovations, and IT projects managements such as IT procurements, domain migrations, mail server migrations and new technologies such as cloud computing
In addition to Indonesia, temporarily taking over Malaysia to steady the ship while recruiting for local Manager.
I review and make recommendations to the existing strategic plan and knowledge transfer to local IT system
Management of IT Operations which covers 4 offices from Sumatera to Papua, and aligns strategy with that of regional and global.
Review and make recommendation to the existing strategic plan, help formulating strategy for the preceding year which includes budgets, staffing and technologies. Working with local staff to build capacity and confidence in handling IT operations in multicultural environment
Management of IT Operations for Oxfam in Indonesia, with the highlights being in a Tsunami emergency response team in Aceh.
