Responsible for providing 1st line technical support for Batelco and Zain in Bahrain. Fulfilling rigid SLA timelines for restoration of service in the least possible timeframe so as to minimize revenue loss for customer. Technical advice and direction to both external customers and internal engineering departments. Involved in integration of solutions, and also ensuring the fulfilment of project deliverables like final acceptance, testing and completion. Often taking the role as Team Leader and Acting SDM when delegated.
