Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for products offered by the company and campaign effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis.
Utilize potential market information & personal network to develop business intelligence for generating leads.
Manage activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sale & tie ups with corporate clients and exchange houses.
Analyze market competitive situation and customer requirement in order to facilitate better planning and execution of sales plan.
Co-ordinate with operations department for timely disbursement of salaries through WPS.
Maintain and build a client base through telephone calls, emails, office visits and other means of communication and contribute to margin growth by profitably adding new customers.
Setting strategy with the ultimate aim of increasing market share through expansion of existing services and development of new markets.
Responsible for effective relationship with the customers through proactive customer care to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsible for overall functioning of the Branch.
Achieving the Target through Sales & Marketing Team.

Managing the cash requirement / funding of the Branch.

Solving the sanction & disbursement queries of the customers and getting the disbursement.
Coach, facilitate, solve work problems and participate in the work of the team.
Proactively managing the book keeping and accounting functions of the branch including preparation of the Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet including BRS of Central Office account.
Preparing MIS reports required by the management. Processing daily, weekly & monthly reports and maintaining proper flow of information.
Responsible for effective relationship with the customers through proactive customer care to achieve customer satisfaction.
Communicate well to employees and to provide adequate supervision and training to ensure that all employees follow standard Bank procedure for handling money.
