•Creating the productivity report for all store staff of Daily control sheet (Cannizaro) on E-form on daily basis.
•Receiving Material Deliveries on daily basis and inspecting them according to the Delivery note and
Purchase order copy.
•Providing the supplier with copy of Signed and stamped Delivery note copy.
•Preparing GR (Goods receipt) for contract, Petty cash and local purchase items in SAP system after verifying
the PO (Purchase order) that is received from suppliers.
•Checking the approved and rejected GRs by Engineers in SAP System.
•Giving Store helper the Approved GRs to keep the items in stock location.
•Updating new item Material location in SAP System after the materials have been kept in new location after inspection been done by engineers.
•Issuing materials to engineers by checking approved MRs(Material request) and MRRs(Material return)
In SAP system or on Urgent loan basis
•Assisting Store officers to verify MR Approvals and prepare GR and GI documents in SAP
•Contacting the Local purchase dept (LPD) with regards to items locally purchased on Petty cash or materials related to Local purchase order (LPO)
•Activation of items for material inspection in SAP System and Updating of Bin cards with new item codes
•Preparation of various store related documents in MS Word & MS Excel or presentations on MS PowerPoint
•Taking photographs of damaged or unusable materials inside the stores and forward them to concerned department for repairing or rectify the problems and give out the solution.
