• Communicate with the operating team.
• Prepare and maintain PAT reports and BOQs accordingly.
Project: OFAN PTCL
Responsibilities were:
• Visit the ONUs to configure and troubleshoot faults by replacing the cards, patch cords or system configuration.
• Monitor the alarms at NMS.
• Taking the backup of running system.
• Attend meeting with PTCL officials for system management and reliable service.
Responsibilities were:
• Installation of DSL equipment (Modem/Router).
• Ensure voice, data and video services.
• Troubleshooting
My major is in Electronics, with CGPA of 2.5. I have done three weeks internship in PTCL BroadBand. Which take care of the the installation and troubleshooting of the internet facilities provided by the company.
